Should I be home in order to receive medication for my pet?
No, it is not necessary. Signing as proof of delivery is offered and strongly recommended. This measure prevents exposing the medication to extreme temperatures and is the safest, most secure way to proceed. If you are not home to receive your parcel, the mailman will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox, indicating the location of your parcel.
